FEE ALLOCATIONS Total Wellness Referendum Fee: $146 Replacement of Expiring Rec Sports Fees (main source of department funding) Department fee of $55 set to expire in 2016 Intramural Sport Fee of $28. 50 set to expire in 2017 Replacement of mandatory Recreational $10 membership fee The $10 mandatory fee would be replaced by an $8. 50 fee campus-based fee *All fees to be assessed in Fall, Spring, and 75% in Summer

New Wellness Fee Allocation Total New Wellness Initiative Fee $54 $18 [33% of fee] Mandatory return to student financial aid program (support costs for students on campus-based financial aid) Remainder of $36 Net Fee Goes to Following: Service Portion of Fee ($) Portion of Fee (%) Extended TANG hours and Student Mental Health $19 52% New Wellness Services and Alterations $11 31% Diversity Student Wellness Programs $4 11% Fundraising efforts for Wellness $1 3% Sexual Violence Prevention and Support $1 3% Wellness Initiative Fee to be overseen by the Wellness Initiative Fee Advisory Committee. Group will take over the duties of the Rec Sports Board of Governors (expiring with old fees) going forward. Fee can be adjusted yearly up to 3% (to support or cut back wellness program in the future, not including a few medical services).
