Annual Subscriptions • Grade A - £ 5000 per annum • Grade B - £ 2700 per annum • Grade C - £ 1200 per annum • Grade A - Turnover > £ 6 m • Grade B - Turnover £ 1 m - £ 6 m • Grade C - Turnover < £ 1 m NB. Total Turnover to be determined by annual accounts
Fee Structure • Some members have mentioned monthly SO’s • This has been implemented for those who ask. • Fees can be broken into 10 instalments Feb – Nov.

Audit Results Generally they are ok – However we must again question some of the culture. – 7% NC • Reluctance to wear safety glasses • Peltor Head sets not always worn • Site inductions not always given (or asked for) • Fire extinguishers out of date • First aid kits need replenishing • Not always a first aider in the crew • Not always a site specific Risk Assessment

C/Skills & MPQC • We still meet on a regular basis • C/Skills have a pilot scheme in which 3 of our members are involved.
2015 • Appears to have started with a bang – busy can create shortcuts! • Try and be more proactive towards the FPC • Safety Alerts • Report Main Contractor deficiencies • Push harder for Protection from the main contractor • Don’t be backward in coming forward
