Sl. No. 2. MDA claims at Northern Region – 2. 7 days during the first half of the fiscal, as against 2 days. - Average incorporating time taken amendments for in RCMC at Western Region – 4. 7 days during the second half of the fiscal, as against 2 days. Usually the delay in amendments are only for want of certain documents, otherwise if the documents are in order we issue on the same day. This systems is still followed

Causes of the deviations were briefed to DG & CEO as under, respectively: i) Induction of new employee in the process delayed the system initially. But was addressed in the later half of the fiscal. He directed Ho. D personnel to ensure proper training to staff before entrusting with any new responsibility. Action Taken Induction of new employee take place from time to time based on requirements of the Head Office and or Regional/Chapter Offices. With regard to training, it is submitted that induction orientation is being done before entrusting with any new responsibility.

D (Quality) to include Rajasthan, Kerala and Jharkhand Chapters in the FIEO’s ISO Systems in the next fiscal. DG & CEO said that Human Resources were the most valuable assets of any organisation and advised the Regional/Chapter Heads and also the Ho. D Personnel to work out detailed training schedule for the employees well in advance for the next fiscal. Kerala and Jharkhand Chapters have been recommended for ISO certification by the internal auditors.
