QP 2 Same as above only anomaly has ceased. (i. e. was reported active but stopped within 24 hours). QP 3 Multiple reports (more than one aircraft confirmed by Airlines or multiple reports, multiple locations), NAS operations are being impacted. (Only impacting FAA) (NAVCEN or GPSOC can have a P 3 that just impacts them) Event is ongoing. QP 4 Unconfirmed or P 3 confirmed but no impact or ceased within 24 hours.
