Product • Force Fitness App is a comprehensive personal trainer App that gives you step by step workout instructions just like an expensive trainer to make the best decision. • allows the users to create every workout schedule and track the progress and get feedback to improve their performance.
Technical Feasibility • On Android and ios • Use local and online database • Check the progress directly through the app or sending as an email in a format that will be viewable. Social Feasibility • They will quickly learn that the product is here to save time and help people workout from home without a paid trainer. • Easy to learn • User friendly
Economic Feasibility • No cost for development • Convenient for users Market Research • Most problems with workouts lie in the application’s system where workout requires you count how many lifts or movements you do. • Many people give an application a small rating because they tend to hit their phone with the weights.
Alternative Solution • We split down the middle of too much and too little freedom with the app. On the too much freedom side, we considered allowing the user to completely create their own workout without any bounds, essentially allowing them to combine workouts that focus on any muscle group.
Project Risks • This project seems to be pretty ambitious in a lot of ways that could potentially pose some problems. One big example being that we are most likely building our project in Android Studios, which we are all new to. Additionally, Some other things that are concerning about the future, is attempting to archive users’ progress in database so they can access across multiple devices, and how we are going to visually demonstrate all the different workouts that we would like to include in our application.
