FCU calcific tendinitis는 large size인경우 ulnar nerve neuropathy 를 일으키는 경우도 있고(Yasen S. J Orthop Surg (Hong Kong). 2012 : 20(3) acute calcific tendinitis of the flexor carpi ulanaris causing acute compressive neuropathy of the ulnar nerve), pain을 주소로 내원하는 경우도 있다. (Torbati et al, J Emer medicine 2013. Acute calcific tendinitis of the wrist) 치료는 보존적 치료에 잘 반응하는 것으로 알려져 있다
