COMMUNICATION • Chain of Command in Handbook • Coaches will communicate weekly emails (Sunday) • Please have your daughter communicate directly with her coach regarding an absence. Responsibility of athlete. • Playing time/role will be discussed with players not parents=individual meetings

TRANSPORTATION • JV/Varsity bused to ALL away games • 9 th/10 th bused to ALL away games • Bus will return back to FHS after 9 th grade games and after the Varsity game *Expectation: All players ride the bus to away games and JV/V players must ride bus home
TEAM FORMATIONS • • 9 A B-Squad JV V *developing players, have realistic expectations as a 9 th, 10 th, 11 th, 12 th grader.
ROLES • We will put players where they will be the most successful • Players need to be willing to accept roles • A player may play 3 halves per night • Playing time earned, it is not equal on any level, will not discuss playing time with parents • Constant evaluations throughout season • Performance, skill, intelligence, teammate

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION • March 14/15 th Fundraiser-Youth Boys State Tournament (2 - five hour shifts), players and managers work 1 timekeeping shift (3 -4 hours) • TFC Concessions-each family work one TFC shift: sign up genius, kids have to be 16 or a sophomore to be in the concession stands (sign-up) • Team meals: each family signs up for one night, sign up genius coming! • Tab on our website for volunteer opportunities
