Budget Reduction Not as bad as it could have been BCS lost $954, 343 from $20 m. base Without FB: $$791, 836 from $15 m base New base still being calculated Did not have additional budget reduction Minimal lay-offs due to E&G reduction Some lay-offs because of loss of state grants

Contract & Grants (as of 8/29/11) AHCA Grant of $1. 1 million has not yet been posted so the current year awards are even with last year.
BCS is #1 in Academic Affairs so far this year!!
