Project Management Office Project manager provides coordination, administration and document control support to project teams in achieving project goals. This includes, but is not limited to: ü searching for funding schemes, ü searching for existing projects/potential partners in the preferred area of interest, ü building databases to provide information on submitted and implemented projects, ü keeping documentation to manage and record key project information, ü providing administrative and management support during the key stages of the project performance, ü providing administrative and management support for the project application, ü assisting in completing the application form, ü communicating with the funder or project partners, ü electronic submission of the applications for funding and submission of paper copies, ü applying for the project change, ü presenting a draft agreement to the legal department to make drafting suggestions, ü monitoring project performance and preparing monitoring reports ü. .
