Vision for Success Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Integration Plan Faculty Lead

Goal: Provide a space to practice communicating why faculty diversification is a priority for student success. Activity Directions: In groups of 4, you will practice communicating with a stakeholder on your campus who does not understand or disagrees with faculty diversification. Get into character and don’t be afraid to be vulnerable. Practice makes permanent!

(EACH group will have a 4 different scenarios. ) • You will have up to 5 minutes to organize your thoughts and prepare to give a compelling speech based on the scenario you received. • Select a volunteer to be the first to present their compelling speech. • Team members provide constructive feedback.
