Goal: Provide a space to practice communicating why faculty diversification is a priority for

Goal: Provide a space to practice communicating why faculty diversification is a priority for student success. Activity Directions: In groups of 4, you will practice communicating with a stakeholder on your campus who does not understand or disagrees with faculty diversification. Get into character and don’t be afraid to be vulnerable. Practice makes permanent!
