Factors, Multiples and Primes Lesson Objectives: Developing students will be able to find factors and multiples of numbers. Secure students will be able to identify prime numbers. Excelling students will know prime numbers up to 100 and be able to solve problems involving them. 20 May 2021 Factors are numbers that divide exactly into another number. For example, factors of 12 are: = 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 We already know 4 is a factor so we can stop here Keywords Factor, multiple, prime, product, multiply, divide When finding factors of a number, finding them in pairs will ensure you don’t miss out any
