Project Objectives General objectives Produce study assessing the organisational, operational and technical progress of FABs Bolster FAB implementation Specific objectives Review progress of FAB implementation Gather views of operational stakeholders Define measurable benchmarking criteria and identify best practices Benchmark FABs against the applied criteria Provide recommendations for the further development and implementation of FABs

For discussion . . How is the human dimension of ATM taken into account in the FAB development and FAB performance plans? How do FABs affect human performance? Do the FABs foster consultation of and information sharing with ANS operational personnel? What are the main benefits of conducting social dialogue at FAB level, in addition to national level social dialogue?
