Trouble-shooting – Error Codes E 1 - Error: § Display board displays E 1 § Sound beeping noise… Solution: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Check if the motor runs Disconnect the power, Reconnect - All symbols display for 10 seconds, show valve model, then display -00 -, Check if the motor runs. If motors doesn’t run, it means motor is damaged or the wire between motor and main board loose. Open the front cover, check if the wire loose, if it is loose, reconnect it. If display -00 -, but motor still doesn’t run the motor or main control board may be damaged

Trouble-shooting – Error Codes E 2 - Error: § Display board displays E 2 § Sound beeping noise… Solution: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Check if there is water on the board or wire. Disconnect power then reconnect If the problem disappear, it is not because of water. If E 2 error continues to occur in the same working position Change the locating board or cable.

Trouble-shooting – Valve Faults All symbols display Error: § All symbol display Solution: 1. Check if the transformer is wet or damaged. 2. Open the front cover 3. Check if the wire of display board is damaged. 4. Disconnect the wire for the display board, motor, locating board and flow meter. 5. Reconnect the transformer wire, there should be a beep, if so the main board is ok. 6. Connect each wire individually to establish the problem.

Trouble-shooting – Valve Faults No Symbol Display Error: § No symbol display Solution: 1. Check if the transformer works. 2. Open the front cover 3. Check the transformer wire. 4. Check if the display board works. 5. Pull out the wire for the display board, motor, locating board and flow meter. 6. Reconnect the transformer wire, there should be a beep, if so the main board is ok. 7. Connect each wire individually to establish the problem.

Open front cover 4. Disassemble the big gear, 5. Check if the motor is working. 6. Check the valve core. 7. Disconnect power and reconnect 8. Problem has been picked where the motor has been faulty and the cause of the problem
Trouble-shooting – Valve Faults Mechanical Failures Error: § Control valve does not regenerate / backwash Cause: § The main control board is damaged, does not control the motor to advance to the next position. § The motor is damaged by water due to internal leak in valve core, O-rings are worn or the wire between motor and main control board is loose. § Electricity service interrupted or transformer damaged.
Trouble-shooting – Valve Faults Mechanical Failures Error: (cont. ) § Control valve does not regenerate / backwash Cause: § Meter type, capacity does not count down. § Turbine in flow meter stuck due to rust deposits on the magnet. § Flow meter wire loose or damaged. § No turbine inside of flow meter. § Interlock connection between the two valves connected incorrectly.
