Parent Advisory Councils • Parent Advisory Councils at each Center provide input and advisement to our Directors. • Parent Advisory Chairpersons meet annually with the EDCC President and Executive Director to receive an annual update and pertinent information.

EDCC Management Team EDCC has a highly competent staff of upper management members: Doris Dannels, Executive Director Wendy Totten, Director of Business Services Marin Mc. Elhany-D’Acquisto, Vice President Cheryl Mc. Elhany, President And, 8 Center Directors, all with teaching credentials and/or Bachelor Degrees in Early Child Education or equivalent.
