• Employers and employees anxiously awaiting to get back to a normal routine. But many of us have lost sight of the pre-crisis rituals and normal business disciplines. Prepare for Re-entry Action Item Establish a COVID-19 task force with defined roles and responsibilities for preparedness and response planning. Identify high risk individuals Examples Name: Title: Safety Manager / COVID Coordinator Phone: Email: People aged 65+. Chronic lung disease or asthma, serious heart conditions, severe obesity, pregnant, etc. Policies & Procedures to Review Developed Employee’s job description Injury & Illness Prevention Program Code of Safe Practices Daily Health Assessment protocols Move high-risk employees to areas with lower risk for COVID-19 exposures. Designate those areas for only high-risk employees Cordon off areas for high risk individuals Social distancing protocols Define PPE required by department and based on Very High to Low risk categories Face coverings, gloves, googles General health and wellness training Establish physical distancing protocols for employees and customers Daily health assessment established (at home and at work) Floor markings, physical barriers Temperature screening, symptom monitoring Personal Protective Equipment requirements Cleaning & Disinfection protocols Identify frequency of air filter replacement Quarterly to monthly Department Job Safety Analysis or SOPs Reconfiguration of worksite Identify frequency of sanitization efforts by department Common areas sanitize 3 X a day, establish sanitization stations General health and hygiene protocols

Exposure Control Plan Checklist Production Team Action Items Administrative Team Action Items Daily Evaluation: Health check from home If > 100. 4, HAVE cough or sneezing call in to HR, stay home on Sick Leave If < 100. 4, DO NOT have cough or sneezing, report to work Complete daily self health assessment, stay home if symptoms exist Disinfecting tools and equipment: Hand tools, vehicles, cell phones, safety glasses, clip boards, other handheld tools, uniform washing (at least weekly) Frequency: Daily Disinfecting common areas and equipment: Phones, door handles, light switches, handrails, sinks/faucets, restroom stalls and dispensers, workstations, kitchen equipment, countertops, conference rooms Frequency: Twice a week Additional PPE Required: Latex gloves, face masks, sanitizers (as available), Lysol wipes/spray Training: Glove removal, face masks disposed off daily Social Distancing Protocols: • Avoid in-person meetings • Minimum 6 ft. distance • No physical contact (handshakes, high-fives, etc. ) General Safety Guidelines: • No Carpooling • No sharing of food/drink • No sharing of equipment or PPE • Limit, when possible, traveling to other locations • Wash hands for 20 seconds frequently • Maintain a healthy lifestyle to minimize potential exposures PPE Required: Sanitizer, face masks Social Distancing Protocols: • Avoid in-person meetings • Minimum 6 ft distance • No physical contact (handshakes, high-fives) • Shared offices: additional sanitation measures might be required General Guidelines: • No Carpooling • No sharing of food/drink • No sharing of equipment or PPE • Limit, when possible, traveling to other locations • Wash hands for 20 seconds frequently • Maintain a healthy lifestyle to minimize potential exposures
