A STRONG THESIS STATEMENT Think of thesis as a promise to the reader. What do you plan to deliver by the end of the paper? Remember the ABCDs of thesis writing. A-Assert Something (What do you think? ) B-Be an expert (What do you know about? ) C-Clear and Concise (How can you say it best? ) D-Don’t bifurcate your thesis.
