Be Safe Follow Wildcat Ways: v Sit appropriately in assigned area v Walk in line quietly with your teacher to the assembly v Practice KHFAAOOTY

Walking to the Assembly v Each class will follow their individual teacher as they walk in a single-file line using Level 0 Voice Volume to the assembly. v Students are to enter the gym in an orderly fashion = Practice KHFAAOOTY/ NO pushing or crowding.

Be Responsible v Use good communication skills v Refrain from side talking v Clap at appropriate times v Use appropriate Voice Volume v Recognize & respond to the quiet signal

Let’s Get Seated v Teachers will lead their students into the bleachers and sit with them. v Students will be loading onto the bleachers from both sides of the gym so following directions from staff is important. v Students are to be seated with their own class. Students that choose not to follow these procedures may be removed from the assembly.

During the Assembly Pay attention to the speaker. Listen quietly while the speaker is presenting.

Be Positive v Clapping is ok, booing is not v Make speaker feel welcomed v Thank the speaker for their time v Use appropriate language

Dismissal from the Assembly • Principal will get students’ attention. • Once students are quiet and paying attention, the principal will excuse small sections of students to slowly walk out to the exit doors. • Students are to walk out in an orderly fashion --- no pushing or shoving. Students will proceed to class as directed.
