Set your attention on a specific sense that you will easily notice like your breadth or the sounds around you 3. Bring an attitude of open curiosity to whatever you notice. Try to avoid controlling, changing or assessing what shows up for you. 4. Redirect your attention with discipline and gentle compassion when your attention is pulled away. 5.
