Few RFID projects (in brief) Wristband Solution (Pune, Mumbai) Wristband Solution, is a complete and secure system in itself which maps the issued tag and the duration for which it has been issued. Tag status can be confirmed with the handheld device by sensing the tag from it, which takes real time data from server. When the tag expires the handheld device operator will instruct the tag holder to leave the allotted seat, if the person is still available on the seat after tag expiry.

AIIMS/ISBT(New Delhi, Mohali) BGIL’s Parking Guidance System is one of the most modern and profitable systems around the world. It is suitable for those public indoor parking lots in office building, shopping mall, railway station, airport and hotel, which helps to raise the utilization ratio of parking spaces, strengthen the management and reduce the management cost. Due to its modular structure, the system can be extended any time, but also subsequently installed or grown with the extension of the parking lot. It is a necessary system for hi-tech parking lots, which resolves actual parking difficulties for drivers and pretties up the picture of estates.
BHARTI AIRTEL(Gurgaon, Manesar, Vasantkunj, Lucknow) CANTEEN MGT. SYSTEM The objective of the system is to automate all the activities of the Canteen right from purchases to delivery of food/beverage items. The system should maintain a detailed account of all provisions bought and food served at the canteen. In addition to this, it should also maintain the daily expenses incurred by the staff.
DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED SYSTEM According to our evaluation of the proposed system it comes under the product range of BGIL(Pedestrian access control system), we will provide a web portal to the visitors for their registration. After registration a unique barcode will be given to each user. At the time of their visit into the campus the operator will ask for the barcode, the handheld device will read the barcode and store in its memory, and the operator will issue a tag to the visitor against the barcode. The data will not be thrown directly on the server. After issuing a finite number of tags, the handheld device data will be downloaded into the server system. So the chances of application malfunctioning are just negligible. By implementing this kind of standalone application we can manage any number of visitor without any ambiguity.
According to the scenario there will be three type of visitors: 1> The visitors who are pre registered. In case of pre registered visitors, tags will be issued to them against of barcode allotted via on line process thru portal and this process will take approx 6 seconds only. 2>The visitors who are not pre registered, but willing for registration. In case of unregistered visitors the operator will do the registration AT SITE and issue the tag; this process will hardly take 15 seconds from registration to issuing the tag. 3>The visitors who are not registered and not willing for registration. In case of third scenario, the visitors can directly move inside the campus without registration through a separate set of entrance.
BLUEPRINT FOR PROPOSED SYSTEM Registered Visitor Unregistered Visitor
Assumed Statistics Width of one gate= 200 ft. Width of one passage=4 ft. (approx) Total entry points in one gate=30(approx) Visitor flow = 2 person/5 second(From one entry) Visitor flow from 30 entry points=60 person Visitor flow in one minute =60*12= 720 person Visitor flow in one hour from one gate = 720*60=43200 Visitor flow from ten gates = 43200*10=432000/hour The above statistics are assumed which can be customized as per requirement. The number of entry points in one gate can be increased or decreased. So the visitor flow can be increased if needed.
Challenges which we ensure to take up: Hardware may malfunction if mishandled. Can not work if physically damaged. In RFID main problem is , the tags may not be sensed by the antenna if not in range, but to overcome this issue we are using 30 pedestrians(approx. 60 antennas) through which the visitor will enter campus, therefore the chances of missing the tags are just negligible. Above will be duly taken care in order to provide a foolproof solution on site.
