Materials and Methods: This study was done in Fedail hospital, Soba University hospital and Alnileen medical center radiology departments, data were collected in the period from (16. 7. 2011) to (21. 10. 2011). 5 th Arab Radiology Congress (ARC 5) 26 - 28 April & 6 th PAIRS Meeting 25 - 26 April 2012 - Hammamet - Tunisia

Results: It used 50 cases referred for IVU, 76% male against 24% females, their most ages affected ranged between 21 to 40 years Figure 1. 43(86%) with renal or urteric stone according to US report and 7(14%) with other problem Figure 1, 26(52%) were normal secretion and 9(18%) show nonfunctioning kidney up to 24 hrs.
