Eligibility criteria > 17 • Consortium Leader is an R&D-performing SME • Target group • At least 2 participants from 2 different Eurostars members • International project • Project duration is less than 3 years • Market driven • Market introduction is foreseen within 2 years after project completion • Direct impact on the company turnover • The R&D performing SMEs are undertaking at least 50% of total R&D cost (excluding sub-contracting) • SME driven projects • Well balanced partnership (no country responsible for more than 75% of the project costs) • Effective partner cooperation • No restriction on thematic area (bottom up) • Business knows best The Eurostars Programme is powered by EUREKA and the European Community
