Effective funding The Strategic Implementation Plan encourages the European Commission, the Member States and relevant regional authorities: Øto create and/or adapt the conditions for mobilising structural and regional funds to support the implementation of the Plan and achieve the objectives of the EIP for example: Ø demonstrating R&D&I strategy for smart specialisation Ø demonstrating regional health strategy Ø consider active and healthy ageing measures in Operational Prog.
