Your tasks today – tomorrow (2) The sub-chairs collect “issues” and try to solve them (with me) • proposals for remaining invited slots • priority for orals (disagreement in the PC? ) • problems filling the sessions (too many – not enough) For each oral session, find a suitable Title For each oral session, find two chairs (all members of PC are default candidates) Organize the posters in sessions (title) with < 20 posters/session For posters, find two chairs for each day and each category (total 24 chairs) The outcome of the meeting is filling the electronic sheets with each session (help by Symporg). If remaining issues are not solved, they will be marked in yellow in the sheets.
