EU FP 7 calls end July The Integrating

EU FP 7 calls end July ¡ The Integrating activity call is targeted towards topics, where two topics stand out: ¡ Detectors for future accelerators. A project under this topic should aim at integrating the key research infrastructures in Europe for the development of advanced detector technologies. ¡ A not successful application was made in 2008 (Dev. Det), so this application will be improved/adjusted, but with similar scope. ¡ Research Infrastructures for dark matter search, neutrinos, gravitational waves. A project under this topic should aim at integrating the key deep underground laboratories in Europe, for dark matter search, double beta decay, low energy neutrino physics, long-baseline neutrino beam experiments, and gravitational wave physics, including theory. ¡ A not successful application was made in 2008 (ILIAS follow up), but without long baseline participants (at least not a large contingent). 18/07/09 Steinar STAPNES 1
