THE OBSERVATORY • EUIPO host the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights. • The Observatory is a network: it brings public and private stakeholders together in the fight against piracy and counterfeiting 3

TIPS FOR THE CHALLENGE • Identify the terms related to the green economy in the trade mark description. • Identify the probable classes of Locarno to represent the green economy. • Study the evolution of these trade marks and designs by cities and regions. • Link to EPO data on patents related to the green economy. • Try to make clusters and summary facts 10
