Prospective students must meet the requirements for the student pilot license specified in Article 24 of the d Aircraft Pilot License Regulation (SHY-1) or published in the Official Gazette No. 26190 dated 06. 2006. To have a valid firsth class health certificate issued by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA) or aviation medical centers authorized by the DGCA and not to prevent the flyer from flying as a responsible pilot on the certificate of health certificate.
