Matherials and Methods q. Contents were built focusing on basic needs of caregivers lives allowing to overcome difficulties in caring of dependent person q. The interactive educational tool was supported by video demonstrating procedures and audio documents q Videos were built and carried out taking into account the most frequent types of care developed by family caregivers , attempting to meet the needs of carers for dependent persons. q Some videos are performed by family caregivers who already provide care for a dependent person. 11

The information area is divided into 3 subjects: feeding through a nasogastric tube, Positioning and Transferring the dependent person. Each issue have slide, vídeo and audio documents demonstrating procedures showing how to be performed by their users. 16

Within each of these themes, images are subdivided into: q Devices - Here caregivers may find all the equipment they need to perform the procedures related to the information area chosen by them; q Image Procedures - in this area carers may find pictures relating to implementing procedures about the chosen subject. 17
