History 1600 s Ohio was about 4% prairie (now almost no prairie). early 1900 s E. L. Moseley (Ohio botanist) studied ESBSNP (= part of old Oxford Prairie). 1980 s TNC bought 32 A. TNC transferred the land to the Ohio Division of Natural Areas and Preserves.
