Group 2 Students must have been registered during the Spring semester 2012 to be eligible. Staff applicants must be employed at their home university by the time of the mobility. Admission and Application process General Admission Requirements Undergraduate Candidates must have completed at least three years of university studies Group 2 Master Candidates must have completed four years of university studies, equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (in Central Asia) Students in their final year of undergraduate education may also apply and can, if considered qualified, receive a conditional offer. They should include a written statement from the degree administration’s office, confirming that they are enrolled in the final year and giving the expected completion date. Ph. D 2 Group Candidates must have completed a master level degree and in case of short term mobility, they must already be enrolled on a Ph.
