Guidelines DBU Scholarship: - All Applicants must complete an application. - Applicants must be a registered business in Volusia County and the city in which the business is located. - Applicants agree to participate in all aspects of the DBU program consisting of mentoring, education and community involvement. - An application fee of $225 will be required to provide buy-in to the two-year program. This fee will be matched with a $1, 500 scholarship that includes a two -year chamber membership along with benefits. GUIDELINES Your Center Location Here

Helping Businesses Grow & Succeed Start Up Businesses - Less than 3 years; 5 or less employees Small Medium Enterprises - More than 3 years 5+ employees One on One Consulting • Sales and Marketing • Strategic planning • Initiatives deployment • Growth Acceleration • Market analysis and business viability • Sales training and development • Industry Research • Business plan analysis and advancement • Technology initiatives assessment and implementation • Public speaking and strategic meeting facilitation EDUCATION / PARTNERSHIP Your Center Location Here
Community Involvement: The Business will be asked to participate in campaigns and initiatives revolving around Equity, Diversity & Inclusion to help impact the ongoing efforts to incorporate principles of the Business United Program, dedicated to inclusive excellence, where ALL citizens can live and thrive. Business United Award: Each year a participating business of the DBU Program will be recognized with the Business United Award at a function of the Daytona Regional Chamber. The Award will be based on the minority business owner’s active participation in the program with the goal to grow his/her business while making an impact in the local community, through the Chamber in regards to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. Funding Partners Daytona Regional Business United Supporter. $1, 500 per business First Year Pilot Program Goal is 25 Minority Business applicants Corporate donations will be administered through the Daytona Beach Community Foundation.
