Flamingo Balance Test The performer stands erect, one foot on the floor and the other on a table The performer will pass the weight of the body to the raised leg on the table, flexing the free leg until it can be grasped by the hand on the same side of the body The test is based on counting the number of tries that the performer needs to maintain balance for 1 minute
