Equality �Society since ancient times believed that men were superior to women, but little by little this idea was changing in favor of women. Human rights have only been based mainly on the man and that this was the most important in society. At the time we saw injustice then we became more concerned about putting laws on women, since they are part of society and happiness, as this is achieved with the collective good.

Equality at work �Normally there are better working conditions for men than for women: in government and in public posts, since man has always been the one who has earned a living and the woman has been working at home. The roles seem already to have been distributed but we have to change this somehow.

Equal jobs for women and men in public places.

Equal payment.

Equal right to vacation and leisure.

�Men more involved in housework and women at work.

�No mistreatment of women by men

�Men are born and remain free and equal in rights.

�No man can be charged without a judgement.

�No man should be discriminated by his ideas.

Women’s right

�Maternity leave for mothers before and after childbirth t o care of their child.

�Right to have an abortion if a woman decides it.

�Right to own a house without the need to have a man in charge of it.

�Immediate and private attention if a woman is mistreated.

Women have always been part of the voiceless, they have been entitled to nothing. Now, that is changing slowly, but there is still no complete equality. In our new city, man will not take a step without counting on women, they will work together to achieve this task.
