Who is an entrepreneur? • The word entrepreneur is an amalgamation of two French words, “Entre” and “Preneur”. • The first word Entre means between or initiative to bridge while Preneur means taking part or undertakers. • From the origin and the meaning of the word, it simply means that an entrepreneur is a catalyst who brings together money, people, ideas and resources. • Entrepreneurs deal with bridging activities between suppliers and customers to create and change markets.
What is Entrepreneurial Mindset? • Entrepreneurial mindset refers to a specific state of mind which orientates human conduct towards entrepreneurial activities and outcome. • Entrepreneurial mindset is turning an idea into action that involves creative thinking `and problem solving. • Entrepreneurial mindset makes individuals to be often drawn to opportunities, innovation and new value creation. • Its possible to be an entrepreneur without having and entrepreneurial mindset.
