Key Updates • Phase 2 b User Acceptance Testing is ongoing • Neither HR Tax and Fee Testing has completed as of eom January. • As of 01/31 there are 2 defects open that must be resolved for testing to conclude. • Laser. Fiche is unavailable the week of Feb 4 -8 as they are hosting their user conference (Empower). • Data Conversion and Migration Status • The plan calls for the data set to be delivered to Laser. Fiche on February 11. We are currently on target to meet this deliverable. • LCB Technical resources will be working the first weekend in February to ensure delivery. • Data Security and Architecture reviews have been completed but we will continue to monitor any change requests for impact to the reviews. 3
Upcoming Tasks / Watch Points • Complete UAT as soon as defects have been resolved. • Ensure progress against the plan for data conversion and migration efforts. • Monitor OCM efforts for progress and acceptance. • Monitor Training content for LCB applicability and delivery. 4
Project Status - Summary Project Status Comments Schedule Project remains on schedule with some challenges to overcome. The go live date for the combined effort is April 26, 2019. Budget We are closely managing expenses and are within current budget. Scope The project scope has been clearly defined as Human Resources and Tax and Fee only. Resources The resources needed for the data conversion and migration have not been finalized. Employee Readiness Team Morale on the project team is better with the detailed plan in place. There is some weariness within the testing team due to bugs / fixes and the timing. 5
