Current Status • Year Round Enhancement Polling & Comments available in online system • System allows for Continuous Dialog and Discussion • Open to all users of Sirsi. Dynix Supportal

Current Status, continued • Once a year, Usergroup voting is available to members of COSUGI, COSI-EMEA and COSA. • Following the voting period the requests are prioritized by forum moderators and submitted to Sirsi. Dynix for review.

Additional Avenues • Enhancement Polling available Year-Round to all customers to create and show support of requests • We encourage new submissions and discussion of current requests • Strategic Partner Program also offers ongoing product discussions including enhancements

Voting Statistics 2020 • Voting statistics • In 2018, with new enhancement system we had 660 User Group votes cast • In 2019, we had 2, 765 • In 2020, we had 4, 275 • We are encouraged to see more users participating with new system and users taking advantage of updates to voting interface

Enhancements Review, 2020, continued • Official Usergroup Voting took place February 11 - March 13 th • Forum Moderators prioritized and submitted requests to Sirsi. Dynix • Document available on Sirsi. Dynix Supportal with submissions/JIRA links
