Statements and questions in riddles… Here you can see an example of some statements in a riddle. The statements are coloured in green so you can see them more easily! My teeth are as sharp as kitchen knives. When I see a tasty animal I run after it and catch it for my dinner. I use my long rough tongue to lick my fur and keep it clean. I have big furry paws and claws as sharp as needles. When I ROAR all the animals run away. How scary I am! My fur is orange with black stripes. My name begins with a ‘t’. What am I? In my home the queen is boss, I am always busy flying here and there, My buzzing can put people in a mood. I fly around from flower to flower, What I make is sweet and runny, How helpful I am! What am I? The riddles end with a question.
