A REPORT - WRITING TIPS v Keep in mind who you are writing the report for and why, so that you write in an appropriate style. v Select two or three of your ideas, and organize them into separate paragraph for every major point. v Use headings to indicate what topic each paragraph focuses on. v Present the information in an impersonal, factual way. One way of doing this is by using Passive Voice.
