Engineer Training E. S. Circuit Operation 1. Motion system q Power of 220 V to drivers X, Y, Z, T is cut off. q Emergency circuit in motor controller turns on, and the drivers are disabled. 2. Pneumatic system q 24 V for pneumatic panel turns off. q Z-shaft moves up immediately. q Roller pressure moves down immediately. Confidential XL 1200 Safety System 8

Engineer Training Automatically Activated Safety Features 1. Head carriage movement freezes when: q An obstacle blocks the motion protecting frame. q The cover is removed. q One of the doors (side door, front door) is opened. q Mounting one of the night covers. Note: Heads Carriage Safety frame is attached to the E. S circuit from machine 2023. 2.
