Keith County Foundation Fund § First Unrestricted Endowment Challenge Grant issued in 2002, completed 2007 § Challenge of $100, 000 was issued by donor to raise a 2 to 1 match, local FAC increased it to 3 to 1 match § Raised $329, 410 and received $100, 000 from local donor § Building Community Capacity Grant – 2016, completed 2019 § Raised $500, 000 to receive $250, 000 grant Planned Gifts § Anonymous Planned Gift received in 2019 - $8. 3 M § Planned Gift received in 2021 (Schimonitz) $266, 315 Total Unrestricted Endowment $12, 071, 821 + Annual Payout $543, 232 + TOW: 2010 -2020 $274 M 5% = $14 M as of 12/31/2020 KC has $12 M + Community grants: Over $2, 000 has been reinvested in the community sinception!
