Scattered Sites Mixed Single Sites Rental units are located through out the community Many

Scattered Sites Mixed Single Sites Rental units are located through out the community Many services are provided onsite by partnerships with providers Case managers can be mobile & provide services in the client’s home A percentage of the units are reserved for supportive housing & remainder for general public Client’s would be able to move between both systems as their life evolves!
