What is this program about? The purpose of the Employee Referral Program (ERP) is to take advantage of an important source of new hires: referrals from current employees. We want to create a process that will encourage referrals and enable every-body to act as talent ambassadors for IOI Loders Croklaan. 2

The Rules v. Employee The employee should be with IOI Loders Croklaan for at

The Rules v. Employee The employee should be with IOI Loders Croklaan for at least 6 months and in good performance at the time of the referral and the award payout. Employees working in Human Resources, Managers or Directors who are directly or indirectly involved in the recruitment process are not eligible. This also counts for interns, temporary, summer or former employees of the company. v. Candidate The referred candidate accepts a full-time employment offer within 12 months of the ERP submission. The referred candidate remains in good standing for three consecutive months immediately after hire. The referred candidate is not in the IOI Loders Croklaan Talent Pool and has never been an employee before. 3

What you can expect: To encourage referrals, the referring employee will receive a monetary

How to refer a candidate: Prior to the referral, the employee should consider the referral’s work experience, educational background, employment record, experience in the position being referred to and possible fit for the position and our company values & culture. Employee o Provide candidate’s full name, contact details, open vacancy & resume to Talent Acquisition Candidate o Apply to the open position through the external career portal o List the referring employee’s full name & contact details in the application o Submit updated resume 5
