Employee’s Fund The Employee’s Fund is a committee made up of Department Representatives. The Employee’s Fund is funded by a voluntary salary deduction from employees. The money in the fund is used for the following events for Employee Fund members: Hospitalization – Member, Spouse/Domestic Partner, or minor child through High School Graduation Death of a Spouse/Domestic Partner or Child Death of a Parent New Birth to Member or Spouse/Domestic Partner Retirement Christmas Party Summer Event The Employee Fund also sponsors a $1000. 00 Scholarship to an Employee Fund’s graduating High School Senior.
Employees for Employees represent AEOA staff and is an Advisory Committee to the Executive Director. We provide staff with a recognized voice in the Agency by facilitating open communication between employees and management, enhancing working conditions for all. The main functions of EFE are to: Be an advisory committee to the Executive Director Provide the opportunity for employees to voice a concern or opinion and be represented in decision-making Assist in personnel changes There are representatives from Employment & Training Transit Housing Central Services North St. Louis County Meetings are held at 1: 30 on the last Wednesdays of February, May, August, and November
