Type in the website for the portal www. doculivery. com/systems 3000 -gpsd. Once on the website you will see the screen similar to the one below. 2
Type in your user name and password 3
If this is your first time on the portal, it will ask you to set up security questions/answers and then after it will ask you if you want to opt-in for electronic tax form. You must make a decision on this before proceeding. This decision can be changed at any time before the year-end. 4
Click on pay stubs. On the right hand side there are options to set up how you wish to be notified when your pay stub is ready. If you wish for an e-mail notification click on the link “Add Email Notification”. 5
It then brings down a drop-down to add your e-mail address. Click test and it will then send you a test e-mail to confirm your e-mail. 6
To have your pay stub sent to your e-mail you will have to click on the “Add Email Delivery Option”. It then brings down the drop-down to add your e-mail address. Then below that you have the option of having your pay stub sent as a PDF (This is the preferred way of this option as it is more secure) or an HTML (not as secure). 7
Another option would be add e-mail notification to let you know when your pay stub is ready to be viewed on the portal. Add e-mail address and click on “Notify me when my pay stub is available”. 8
Once you enter your e-mail it will then send you a test message as well. 9
Last option could be to send you a text message that your pay stub is available. You can enter your cell number in and click on the “Notify me when my pay stub is available option” once again. 10
Once you have set up your notifications as you please, you can view your stubs. To view your pay stub click on the blue arrow. 11
It will then show your pay stub as shown below in the sample. 12
To view change of information for your account you can click on the Change of Info tab at the top. Again click on the blue arrow to see what changes you have requested in the past. 13
Once you click on it, it shows what changes you requested. In this sample they changed their address information. 14
To get your tax forms for previous year(s) click on Tax Forms tab. In this sample they have two years of tax forms they can view. They are password protected so make sure you save any and all passwords for the site. 15
To get information changed for the district click on Info. Forms tab. This brings the following information on the screen. Click on change of information. 16
When you click on that, it then brings up your personal information such as address, phone number and emergency contacts. It would be beneficial, not only for you but also for the district, to make sure this information is correct and up-to-date. Once updated click on Submit at the bottom and it will notify the payroll department that you requested changes. 17
If you click on the direct deposit option, it will bring up the following screen. You need to check the appropriate box and fill in the information needed and click on Submit Direct Deposit Agreement to send to payroll. 18
If you click on NJ W-4, it brings up the NJ W-4 form to fill out. Any changes you wish to make to your deductions for NJ will need to be updated on this form. Once complete, click on the Submit NJ W-4 box on the bottom of the screen to submit to payroll. 19
If you click on the W-4 form it will bring up your federal W-4 form. Any changes to tax deduction on your federal form need to be done on this form. Once complete click on Submit W-4 and it will notify payroll. 20
If you have messages sent to you, you can view them on the Messages Tab. Check here periodically for messages from payroll. To update your Messages Notification you can select from the options at the right hand side of the screen. 21
If you want them e-mailed to you, you can select “Email Notification” and add your e-mail address. 22
If you wish to have them texted to you, select the text message notification and add in your cell number. 23
If you wish to change your password or security questions/answers you can select “Manage Your Account” tab at the top to do so. Click on which option you wish to change and then fill in the new information. Make sure you write down any changes you make and keep them somewhere safe. 24
If you need help with the website, you can click on the “Help” tab and it will bring up the User Guide. You can view the guide to find the information you need. Once you are done click on the Log Out at the top right part of your screen. 25
It will bring you to this screen where you have the option to log back in again or just exit out of the internet you are working on. 26
