Introduction Performance measurement in a company or organization is an act of measuring various activities that the company has carried out which can be used as feedback to provide information about the success of planning and to find out whether improvements are needed for the future. To achieve performance, the human resource factor is very dominant and influential. Quality of human resources can be seen from the work. The framework of good performance professionalism is how individuals are able to show work behavior that leads to organizational strategic goals. Performance is the work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities, in the framework of achieving the goals of the organization concerned legally, does not violate the law and is in accordance with morals or ethics. Performance is the quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him (Mangkunegara, 2013). Leadership is a series of structuring activities in the form of the ability to influence the behavior of others in certain situations so that they are willing to work together to achieve predetermined goals (Sutarto, 2016).
Introduction Organization behavior, the meaning of culture as a complex combination of assumptions, behaviors, stories, myths, metaphors, and various other ideas that come together to determine what it means to be a member of a particular society (Koentjaraningrat, 2015). Compensation is any form of wages or rewards given to employees and arising from the employee's work (Dessler, 2015). Discipline as the awareness and willingness of a person to comply with all company or organizational regulations and applicable social norms, where employees always come and go on time, and do all work well (Hasibuan, 2013). Research Purpose : 1. To analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance. 2. To analyze the effect of organizational behavior on employee performance. 3. To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. 4. To analyze the effect of work discipline on the employee performance. 5. To analyze the effect of leadership, organization behavior, compensation, work discipline simultaneously on employee performance.
Significant of Research Scope Types and Data Sources In this research using the type of quantitative data sourced from the primary data collected from the respondents as the main data source in this study that are 94 employee of administrative staff PT. Team Metal Indonesia. Population and Sample The population of this research is employee of administrative staff of PT. Team Metal Indonesia as much as 94 employee. The sampling technique used a census technique, where the entire population was studied. Method of collecting data The data collecting was done by questionnaire, that is asking the questionnaire in writing to the respondent. Data Analysis Technique SPSS Version 20

Conclusion 1. Leadership significantly influenced employee performance. 2. Organization behavior insignificantly influenced employee performance. 3. Compensation insignificantly influenced employee performance. 4. Work discipline significantly influenced employee performance. 5. Simultaneously the influence given by the four independent variables is positive/significant.
