Implementation EMI INFSO-RI-261611 • NA 3 is staffed with effort coming from JUELICH, NIIF, Ui. O and UWAR – Partners having effort in the sustainability, interoperability and standardization tasks in NA 2 and JRA 1 – The whole of NA 1 will be involved in the strategic activities alongside the Strategy Director (attendance to meetings, workshops, concertation events, etc) 22/06/2011 1 st EMI Periodic Review 11
Implementation EMI INFSO-RI-261611 • Existing deliverables and milestones are moved with the corresponding tasks • The current JRA 1 Standardization and Interoperability deliverables move to NA 3 in the respective tasks – The Standardization and the Interoperability deliverables in NA 3 cover the strategic aspects – The short-term development aspects of standardization, integration and interoperability remain in JRA 1 and are described in the Area Technical Plans 22/06/2011 1 st EMI Periodic Review 12
Budget • The plan is budget neutral for the project and for each individual partner EMI INFSO-RI-261611 – NA 3 is a COORD WP as NA 2 – SA 1 and JRA 1 have the same cost constraints as SA 2 • Small effort adjustments to be done in JRA 1 for LU and JUELICH 22/06/2011 1 st EMI Periodic Review 13
