What is implicit bias? Implicit Bias - attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.
What are Vulnerable Decision Points? “Contextual events or elements of the immediate situation that increase the likelihood of bias affecting decision making. These vulnerable decision points momentarily increase the likelihood that an adult will make a biased decision. ” Mc. Intosh et al, 2014
