Inspiration Professional Nurse Practice begins with the end in mind Empowerment means we need to look at the way we are practicing nursing at Westside Medical Center very differently than we look at it now. Goal: Need to amplify nursing’s impact at Westside Medical Center articulate to others who we are and what we are able to contribute.

Infrastructure Professional Practice Council determined it would be best to pilot on one unit • • • Introduced to MPU Co-Leads in December, 2014. Educator and Co-Leads placed together an introduction of the pilot for the MPU UBT. Consensus was gained in January, 2015.
