ADVANTAGES OF ADDING AN ATTACHMENTS. The advantage of adding a attachment is that you can sent files for free. It is quick and easy to do also you can sent it to anywhere in the world free of charge also you can use emails on your mobile and i. Pod too.
LOG IN. Before you start you will need to login to you email account that you previously created. You will need to remember your e-mail address and you password.
STEP 1 ‘CREATING AN NEW EMAIL’ Once you have logged in you will come to a page like this. To create a new email you will need to click the ‘new’ button in the top left hand corner and you page will redirect you to a blank email for you to send.
STEP 2 ‘ADDING THE ADDRESS AND SUBJECT’ After you have created a new e-mail you will need to add an address and a subject to give the person you a sending the mail to will know what it is about. To add an email address click ion the ‘to’ box and start typing the desired email address. To add a subject you need to click in the ‘subject’ box and start typing the topic or subject of the email.
STEP 3 ‘ Once you have typed on the desired email address and types you message and the subject to add an attachment you click on the little paper clip icon
STEP 4 ‘ADDING AN ATTACHMENT’ Once you have clicked this paper clip icon you will be redirected to this page To add an attachment you need top click on the browse button on the left of the page.
STEP 5 ‘ADDING A FILE’ Once you have clicked on the browse button this page will come up, Click on the desired file you wish to send and then click open.
STEP 6 ‘SENDING THE EMAIL’ Now you have created an attachment you can now send your email to the desired recipient.
AUTO SIGNATURES
ADVANTAGES OF AUTO SIGNATURES The advantages of adding an auto signature are that you don’t have to type out you details at the end of the email and that the recipient can just click on the signature to reply to the email.

PAGE 1 ‘STEP 2’ To create an auto signature you need to go into options and scroll down until you get to the auto signatures.
STEP 2 CREATING AN AUTO SIGNATURE Once you have scrolled down the page and found the email signature box , type your signature and your details. After you have typed your details click automatically include my auto signature on out going messages
STEP 3 ‘TESTING YOUR SIGNATURE’ Now you have created your signature you can send it by sending your email to your desired recipient with ease.
ADDING PRIORITY
ADVANTAGES OF PRIORITISING YOU EMAIL The advantages of prioritising you email is that when the recipient receives the email it automatically stays at the top of their inbox to indicate its importance.
