ELISA 實驗步驟 • 先將抗原coating在檢測盤的表面上4℃overnight， 再進行blocking buffer處理 • 加入 100 ul sample, incubat 1 hr • 用wash buffer清洗 3次(每次 200 -300 ul) • 加入 100 ul鍵結酵素之抗體, incubate 1 hr • 用wash buffer清洗 3次(每次 200 -300 ul) • 加入 100 ul呈色劑 ( substrate ) • 10 -15 min後，加入 50 ul終止液(stop solution) • ELISA reader進行OD(optical density)判讀
