Lines • • • Continues mark made on some surface by moving point Leads the viewer through the image area Greater length than width Horizontal, vertical, zigzag etc. Leading lines that lead the eye back in space, creates sense of depth • S-curves travel back in space in the shape of an S • Not hard lines • Doted lines or objects around in a line The following picture I took shows the idea of implied lines because they are not actual lines but they are lines formed within the ripped jeans. Also they have many things around them that make emphasis the implied lines. These lines are what make the picture stand out since the photograph is also focused on them.

Value When we talk about value in photography, it means the amount of exposer used in the photograph taken. This picture I took used low exposer since there was a great amount of of day light.

Texture The following photograph I took shows texture because it allows you to think about how the object would feel in reality. When an individual observes this picture the first question they would think about is how would this certain object feel due to the representation of it.

Space The following photograph I took shows space because the feet are only in one corner and the rest of the picture has no other object around it except for the shadows and floor. The feet are the positive space and the floor is the negative, when a person would observe this picture the first thing that would grab their attention about this picture would be the positive space.

When you first look at this picture the first thing that will get your attention is the primary colors in it.
